Peter Pan "To live would be an awfully big adventure."
Age: 13
Gender: Male
Personality: Adventurous and overconfident, Peter is always the first to go running off to face danger and make trouble. He loves nothing more than to be the centre of attention, and simply can't stand it if anyone pays attention to anything that isn't him. He tends to get distracted very easily by the latest new thing, and he loves anything that involves praising himself. He likes to be made out as the good guy, so he dislikes displaying any emotions that don't make him look strong and heroic, like sadness or love, and tends to get sulky and broody if these emotions are brought up. He's clever and loves to be a nuisance to those he dislikes(aka Pirates), and will do just about anything to show up any who challenge him.
Peter is a natural-born leader and acts dominant and superior to the other Lost Boys, although he does it with a sort of affection that makes it all right; much like how the alpha wolf dominates his pack. Although he is very clever, Peter is also very forgetful, and unless something captivates his attention very thoroughly, he's liable to forget about it entirely. He's also very fickle and has a hot temper, and tends to exact his revenge in very reckless, ill-thought out methods. He can, however, be extremely charming when he wants to be, and is usually able to convince just about anyone to do whatever he wants without much more than a few words, even if it is a terrible idea.
History: No one knows how long ago Peter Pan was born, or if that is in fact his real name. As the story goes, he was just a small child, maybe even a baby, when he heard his parents talking, discussing what their son would be when he grew up. Perhaps a doctor, or a lawyer, or even a banker? This talk of growing old and becoming an adult frightened Peter(although he'll tell you otherwise), and so he ran away...or crawled away, if you believe he was just a toddler. He left, and Tinkerbell found him, and brought him to Never-Never Land. There, he played with the fairies and grew, until he reached the age of thirteen and realized that he was getting bigger, even here where he had sworn he would never grow up. Outraged that he still could not escape the realities of aging, even here, Peter tricked the Fairy-King into granting him eternal youth, and he hasn't aged a day since. He hasn't kept count of the years since then, but many boys have joined him in that time, and each one Peter took under his wing, found ways to play and have fun and keep them amused and happy.
In an effort to keep them happy, Peter took to traveling back to Earth to find new things to tell them, since they seemed to have grown tired of the stories he made up, he looked for new ones...and this was how he found Wendy. At first he just listened outside the window, but one night she caught him, and he brought her back with him, to be a mother to the boys and tell them stories. He brought her brothers along too, but he barely remembers their names.
Appearance: Peter is quite adorable, although he may be liable to run you through if you say so. He has golden brown hair that's arrayed in messy waves atop his head, and looks brown in the shadows and blonde in the light. His skin is tanned and usually smeared with dirt, since he spends so much time outdoors and simply cannot be bothered to bathe overly much. His most defining feature are his eyes, a bright, piercing shade of blue, and with a twinkle of boyish mischief contained therein to match his smile, a confident little thing that both reassures and charms whosoever he deigns to use it on.
